  3. Any tips on how to manage hanger when you're fasting? When I'm hangry I tend to be a bitch to my sister and I've also been known to nibble on a lambswool jumper. Needless to say that doesn't exactly help my digestive transit.

    1. Thanks for the question, Kimchi! The Weight Loss Diet is GOAL-based. Remember your goal, and go with the flow!

      Because you met your Daily Target Weight the previous day, you shouldn't have long to fast to hit your Daily Target Weight today.

      I do understand hunger can make some people grumpy. Perhaps share the wisdom of The Weight Loss Diet with your sister, I am sure she will be supportive! As for the lambswool jumper, I have not been able to find any research advocating eating those, especially if it's not yours.
