Preparation

Preparation for The Weight Loss Diet really could not be more simple.


Step 1

You will need regular access to a reliable set of digital scales such as these.

Step 2

Find out your current weight.

Step 3

Choose your HEALTHY Goal Weight (see our post on this).

Step 4

Choose your Target Daily Decrement (more on this in a bit).

Step 5

Work out your Daily Target Weight (more on this in a bit too!).
