Reader's question: How much does it cost a month to do this diet?

Well... there is the initial outlay on a set of digital scales like these, which you want to be reliable and accurate. I'm based in the UK and I would say you would expect to be spending £30 or upwards on your scales. You could always ask a friend if you could borrow theirs for a while but, once they find out what you're up to, they will probably want them back!

After the initial outlay, there is NO COST to doing The Weight Loss Diet. Certainly there are no subscription costs. In fact, once you start thinking about it, on the days where you don't meet your Daily Target Weight, you technically SAVE MONEY while you are fasting.

It then occurred to me, and this may be getting a bit too philosophical, but The Weight Loss Diet could well be unique in that the WORSE you are at it, the MORE MONEY YOU SAVE! Let me know your thoughts on this one!
