Reader's question: Is this just an "eat less" diet?

This is a great question, Mike, thank you for it!

No, it isn't! The Weight Loss Diet is GOAL-BASED, not METHOD-BASED.

Of course, on the days when you don't meet your Daily Target Weight, you need to fast until you meet it. While you are fasting, you (err...) are eating less. But, once you have reached your Daily Target Weight, there is no requirement to eat any less than normal across the day.

You may find that you eat less overall when following the The Weight Loss Diet, or you may not. Weight gain or loss is not as simple as food intake alone. As you get to know your own body, you will find what is right for you. The Weight Loss Diet takes care of the goal, so you can relax into your journey towards it!
